Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms apply when you use VibeCheck. You must be at least 18 years old. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
What VibeCheck Provides
VibeCheck provides private, AI-generated facial-feature scores, explanations, cosmetic self-improvement recommendations, and progress comparisons. Results are subjective, may be wrong or inconsistent, and do not guarantee any outcome. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, diagnostic, identity, health, or human-worth assessments.
Your Responsibilities
- Only submit photos of yourself, or photos you have clear permission to use, showing a consenting adult.
- Do not use the app for harassment, impersonation, exploitation, discrimination, or unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, circumvent purchase limits, or abuse the service.
Weekly Subscription
The auto-renewing weekly subscription opens the full assessment and includes one new assessment every rolling seven days while active. Reports opened while subscribed remain readable after the subscription ends. The App Store shows the localized price and billing period before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available inside VibeCheck.
Extra Assessment
While an active subscriber is waiting for the next included assessment, VibeCheck may offer a separate consumable purchase for one immediate extra assessment. The App Store shows its localized price before purchase. It does not change the date of the next assessment included with the subscription and, as a consumable, is not restored through Restore Purchases.
AI Results and Availability
AI output can be inaccurate or unavailable, and visible appearance can vary with lighting, angle, expression, and other conditions. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any feedback. We may refuse or limit processing that appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or outside product policy.
Cancellation and Data Deletion
Deleting the app or your VibeCheck data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple Account. See our Privacy Policy for data deletion and retention details.
